RHP Kevin Comer - PTBNL in Blue Jays Trade

It is now being reported that RHP Kevin Comer is the PTBNL in this Blue Jays-Astros mega trade from last month. RHP Kevin Comer was a first round supplemental pick by the Blue Jays in 2011 (#57 overall). He was ranked by Kevin Goldstein as the #10 prospect in the Blue Jays organization going in to the 2012 season. Goldstein cited his plus fastball at 94-95 and a plus power breaking ball. Jonathan Mayo had him at #15 going in to the season and noted his plus fastball and signs of a plus curveball. Both noted that he was very unpolished and would need to develop a changeup. Baseball America ranked him at #17 coming in to the season. According to a tweet from Keith Law, his velocity has been down to the upper 80's this season. According to a tweet from Zachary Levine, he will be assigned to the Rookie League Greeneville Astros. His stats for this season can be found here.
