SS Jose Fernandez was assigned from Lexington to Greeneville.
Also, there is conflicting information on MiLB.com (shocker, I know) but it appears that LHP Kyle Hallock is being activated for a rehab assignment with the GCL Astros. He had surgery to remove loose bodies from his left elbow early in the season and has been rehabbing in Kissimmee.
